Please make us aware of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerance's. Our food is prepared in an environment that has nuts. Please note these instructions are only a guide.

Due to variance in appliances & power ratings, cooking times may need to be adjusted accordingly.

Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Alcohol can only be sold to over 18’s, the person making the collection may be asked for ID.

Please ensure if selecting the CHRISTMAS DAY AT HOME package you have selected the correct number of courses for each person.

If you need to change a pre-selected time slot for collection please email emma@bainandbridges.co.uk. For cancellations we require 48 hours’ notice, from 10am the day of collection, in order to receive a full refund. For Christmas Day orders we require cancellation by 10am 14th December for a full refund.
